### Charming cottage with heated pool and WiFi - 2 bedrooms

Charming cottage with a view of the owners' winery, located in a renovated old building, 15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson. Another cottage for 2 people on the site, completely independent. Private parking on the property.  
Unfenced grounds with terrace. 9x4 m covered and heated swimming pool (April to the end of September) shared by the owners and the other cottage. Swing, table tennis and boules available (shared with the other cottage).  
Single storey: living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate toilet.  
Additional equipment: wifi, home cinema, tumble dryer, freezer and complete baby equipment.  
All inclusive: electric heating, sheets (beds made), towels and household linen, wood.  
Cleaning option (€60). Tourist tax extra.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

Ferienwohnung ist die falsche Bezeichnung - es handelt sich um ein kleines Häusschen und die Vermieter – Winzer wohnen direkt nebenan. Entsprechend schön ist es da. Wenn man Aufwacht schaut man in den Wein und auch auf der Terrasse sitzend sieht man den Wein. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation ist Dank Google Translate auch möglich, wenn man wie wir kein Französisch spricht. Parken konnten wir 5-10 m entfernt direkt auf dem Gelände.Die Gegend ist direkt in der Nähe von Nantes, einer Stadt mit ca. 360.000 Einwohnern von denen 60.000 Studenten sind. Entsprechend international ist es in Nantes – mit seiner sehr schönen Innenstadt.In ca. 1 Stunde ist man auch Atlantik mit dem Auto wenn möchte.

Das Ferienhaus war wunderbar! Sehr schön eingerichtet uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns allerdings über Fliegengitter an den Fenstern der Schlafräume gefreut, da es viele Mücken und Fliegen gab. Die Terrasse des Hauses ist wunderbar ruhig mit Blick auf die weitläufigen Reben der Besitzer. Der Pool war besonderd für die Kinder ein Highlight, jederzeit zugänglich und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die Besitzer bzw die Gäste der weiteren Ferienwohnung nicht wahrgenommen und hatten es herrlich ruhig. Zum Baden an die Strände dauert es ca. 1 Stunde. Es gab eine Vielzahl von tollen Buchten und Stränden! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ukd empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus in wundervoller Umgebung mit dem herrlichen Pool gern weiter!
