"The arrival instructions need to change. There is a much easier way to get to the address. Also didnt know about the gate house, stumbled apon that after getting lost in the park. We checked in with the guard. The contact ended up having to come drive us to the cabin because we couldnt find it. The cabin was nice, comfy, clean. Had all items you need. Didnt give it an excellent rating due to instructions. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out."

"Most cozy mountain rental we’ve stayed in this area so far! We loved the layout and enjoyed all the little extras that were provided. We felt so welcome! We planned for the night and just needed a quiet retreat on our long drive. This was more lovely than we anticipated! Appliances are easy to use. We enjoyed laughing and sharing good times on the chairs out on the back patio. Highly recommend for anyone needing a great stay tucked into the mountainside. "

"We had a family reunion with 9 adults and 6 kids, ages 7 and under. This place was absolutely beautiful. Well stocked cabin with everything you need, except, of course groceries. It is beautifully decorated. The bed swings comfortable and relaxing. We played in the river and to the Shoals. It was so nice and relaxing you didn't need to leave the cabin. "

"The house is beautiful and in a great location. Close enough to town but you have plenty of privacy. The house is very nice and worked well for 3 families. The river is beautiful. We spent hours swimming, tubing and walking up and down the river. There is a perfect tubing spot right around the bend. My only complaint is that the house is so far away from the river. With 2 small kids, I like to be able to sit by the river during naptime but this isn’t possible. There is a steep drive/walk to get to the river but it’s doable. My 5 year old did it every day. The only other downside is the way the house sits, you can’t really enjoy the deck from 12-8 because it’s too hot. You’re in direct sunlight with no shade. Not the end of the world though!! We loved watching all the deer from the dining room window. I hiked to the Clear Creek trail one morning and saw 38 deer! Clear Creek trail is only 1 mile away and there is a great tubing spot there as well! If your family enjoys spending time in the river, this is a great spot! "

"Over the past 8 years my big family has taken a vacation all over GA, and this has been our favorite spot by far!!! The big backyard with a playground made a perfect spot for the kids to play, while we hung out on the spacious back porch and played cards. There is plenty to do in a 20 min drive, but we honestly never wanted to leave the house. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the big kitchen, then going down to the fire pit for smores and fireflies. This place has everything you need and we hope to be back soon!"
