Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² ground-floor studio apartment for rent in Château-Landon, which can accommodate up to 2 people.  
  
Located on the ground floor, it is composed as follows:  
  
\- An attractive 20 m² living room with TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you!  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside :  
\- A 120 m² courtyard, shared with the other tenants, with a garden table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The studio is ideally located in Château-Landon, in a pleasant "green" environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Things to do in the surrounding area  
Souppes-sur-Loing leisure centre, Dordives meadow beach.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard in front of the accommodation.
