« This cabin is super clean and stock full of amenities. The surrounding is very private, quiet, and full of beautiful trees. You can hear the birds singing all day long. The hosts are very friendly. They come and clean the compost toilet every day. We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July and can't wait for the next visit. »

« Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. Everything was as described - we even were welcomed by homemade brownies. Jim and his pup were super friendly and kind. Falling asleep surrounded by woods is a peace like none other. »

« House was cold when we arrived. Windows were open...I think to air out the cabin from the wood smoke smell. It smelled that previosly someone couldnt get the fire going (wet wood or poor draft). Once we closed the wondows the cabin warmed. Alternative heating to just using wood would be a good idea...especially on cooler days. Overall the host was great and the cabin cosy. »

« At the risk of this property being booked when I want to come back to Talkeetna, I loved this property. Eight of us booked 2 cabins and were pleasantly surprised they were next to each other. We were greeted by Whitney, the host who provided great information about the area. Our view of Denali and the range from the back deck of the 1st cabin was fabulous! Great location, clean cozy cabins and they were perfect for 4 people in each. There is a 3rd cabin to the left. Our next group visit, we...

« Don't pass up the opportunity to stay in this amazing home if you are visiting the area! The setting is gorgeous, (we visited in the summer), surrounded by wildflowers. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the art representing Alaska-beautiful. Our only regret is that we only had one night here! »
