Our room was quite large and very comfortable. I slept like a log! The homemade hot breakfast was delicious. The home's decor is lovely. Great front porch for sitting awhile. The house is charming, and the hostess (Donna) very gracious. Breakfasts (homemade) were also excellent. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The garden is also lovely. It is a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Charlottetown, which is doable. (The only negative was climbing 4 sets of stairs to get to our room on the third floor.)
