Pro vacation
We enjoyed our stay at this location, it was close to the waterfront and to Victoria square. The property could use some updating but was fine for our needs. The property was well supplied with kitchen dishes, pots and pans etc but lacked small quantities of tea, coffee to get us started. However there was a good supply of toilet paper, paper towel and Kleenex. We initially had trouble with the TV but our host talked us through the steps so we could use it, We were very comfortable there.

Comfy place in the heart of Charlottetown
Comfortable 2br layout just blocks from the harbor and downtown Charlottetown. We enjoyed our stay immensely and found everything as described in the listing. The washer/dryer combo is shared with another unit and was much appreciated. Many thanks to LeeAnn for being a great host!

So overall our stay was good, but there were some concerns with the property. Pros: - great location, easy walking distance to downtown and the food and market on the wharf. - the dining room and living room were in excellent shape. - the kitchen was stocked well and they provided some beverages to kick off our vacation. - the bedrooms are a good size and they provided hangers in the closets as well as a heater in case you need it. (We never needed it as it was quite warm) - the place comes with and AC unit in the dining room. - the Wi-Fi and tv were excellent and the information for connecting was easy to find. - the laundry machines were in good shape, but old models.(Directions?) Cons: - the deck leading up to the unit is in pretty bad shape and the one railing is nearly falling off. - the fire escape deck looks like it is in worse shape and I’m not certain it would even facilitate an escape when needed. - the main door to the building is difficult to open with the key and there is no indication of which of the two keys is for which door. - the bathroom door does not latch, meaning you can close the door but locking it does nothing. - the shower and mirror in the bathroom are placed at a lower height, presumably for 4’ 8” - 5’ 5” people to enjoy. - this is a con for me, but others may not find it a con: the beds were using a stiff mattress and memory foam pillows. These did not make my sleep come easy and it was stiff and sore mornings for me as a result.

Air conditioned in great location!
The apartment was comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, equipped and decorated. We would have liked to have a kettle to make tea, but a saucepan worked out instead.

Wonderful location with plenty of space.
LeeAnn was great to provide us with check in information. Easy walking distance to Peaked Quay, Victoria Row, Confederation Centre, etc. Easy parking. Lots of space and all amenities.

Almost a perfect 5 !
Great location in this nice spacious apartment. 10 minute walk to the Charlottetown harbour front with lots of restaurants and shopping. Bathroom upgrades needed to get to the perfect 5 rating!

Great little place!
Loved our stay in this apartment. Nice, clean, quiet. perfectly located just 600 meters from the main downtown area and max 55 minutes from everything on the island! LeeAnn was a great host, answering quickly with lots of details. Would recommend staying there anytime.

A few blocks to everywhere, which makes this property ideal for vacationing in Charlottetown. The Check-in and Out were seamless and the property was clean, what more could you ask for?

The apartment was clean and within walking distance of Charlottetown.

Great location!
We really enjoyed the location. Great to have air conditioning and washer/dryer. The overall cleanliness was good but upon closer inspection, the kitchen dishes and bathroom cleaning could have been better.

Good location, clean, comfortable
The manager of the property is great to work with. It is close to city center...about 4 blocks. Our only real complaint is that the beds were hard and not as comfortable as we would like. The bathroom is a bit small as well. The unit has everything you will need for an easy stay. Shopping advice: The best stores are a bit of a drive, but worth it. If you take Grafton St. towards town, then go right on University, in a couple of miles there is a huge mall...in that area are two large grocery stores...also a WalMart and many other stores of all kinds.
