"We were coming to the Indy area for the FFA National Convention. Julie was an amazing host and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She tailored the house to exactly like we needed it and even gave us options for around town. She was extremely responsive and I am so honored that we got to be her first stay. We felt so welcomed with a note and a basket full of items for our students. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. "

"The property is very well decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. The alley is gravel. Hard to see in the night so the outside lighting was great help. There is no air conditioning in the living space. The two rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. Dishes were available but dirty, used and we were asked to wash them before we left. The smell of the house was so pungent I could not use the place outside the bedroom. "

"The house is well furnished, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen is well stocked for all the cooking needs, including a nice selection of spices available. The keureg pods are well socked and even a good selection of tea is available. There are plenty of plush towels for use in the bathrooms. The owner is very quick to respond to answer any questions. Parking is along the street on the side of the house and space enough for 1 car in front without blocking the neighbor driveway....

"The neighborhood is beautiful, and access to the space was easy. The space itself was very nice and spotlessly clean. John was responsive with questions and had most everything we needed available for our overnight stay. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again!"
