Check in was fairly easy and the Stay concierge was responsive when we had questions leading up to our weekend! You can’t beat the location, overlooking the Downtown Mall and walkable areas of Charlottesville. The only small inconvenience is that you are only given one complimentary parking space. Lots of restaurants, entertainment venues and shops are easily within walking distance. The Mall itself is a pleasant diversion. The condo is comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Nighttime noise can be loud but I partially attribute that to our stay being a Friday and Saturday night in warm weather. Our son ended up leaving to get a hotel room because the sleeper sofa did not have bedding available. Our daughter slept on the couch without pulling it out.
