Quiet north downtown location of this home is a 10 and the neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk. Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two blocks away. 1 guest parking space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house. The walk to the Downtown Mall is lovely and passes by Historic Court Square. I selected this listing for my visiting friend group because of the location, and it could not have been better. While this is a basement apartment, it has three separate sleeping rooms (plus I suppose another sleeping space in the living/gathering area). The two full bathrooms are well equipped and the compact kitchen fully functional, particularly for those who are visiting and probably having most of their meals out. Our group was three women, all above age 70, and we felt safe and comfortable. The property manager was exceptionally responsive and flexible, and the owners, whom we met over our three nights there, were warm and helpful.
