It was horrible because it was no electricity in my room

I am sorry to hear this, we have electricity in every room, but you may not have found the switch on the wall. Sometimes it can be difficult to find, but you could have told us and we would be happy to help you find it. The switch is for the electricity by the bed. Welcome back. Family Adventure from Norway
Nice convenient hotel to the Shopping Centre also a soft play area was in place temporarily my Grandsons age 5 & 3 thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were very helpful and friendly and interacted great with the children. Thank You

Enkelt og greit hotell, plasseringen av hotellet passet oss veldig greit siden vi skulle shoppe og dette hotellet ligger midt i shopping galskape o Charlottenberg. Vi var godt fornøyd med oppholdet og servicen her.

BRA HOTELL TIL GOD PRIS.
Vi var fornøyd med hotellets faciliteter. Resepsjonistene var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var meget bra! Og prisen for oppholdet var "hyggelig". Alt i alt var vi godt fornøyd med oppholdet!

Det eneste negative var problemer med nøklene. Er veldig lange avstander så selvom det ikke er noe problem å få ordnet det bruker du mye tid på å prøve og også tid for å gå i resepsjonen.
