Gorgeous home with amazing lake views, fireplace, firepit, hot tub, & balcony
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, 3 reviews
"House advertised with air conditioning, the only air conditioning is in the living room and kitchen area. We stayed at the house on a warm May weekend and the upstairs bedrooms (5) were very uncomfortable, thermostats for the heat were reading 80+ degrees, each room had at least one window that was broken and not able to be opened. We alerted the property manager as soon as we arrived and nothing was done for 2.5 days, when someone did come out they confirmed it was hot but nothing could be...

"Clean, 5min walk to center of town. Walkable, friendly neighborhood. Good sized yard for your dog. Gass stove. Nice hot water. AC in living room did a good job on a day in the high 80s. You may want to bring your own: Cutting board (none in kitchen) Hand soap for bathroom Sleep mask (lovely, sunny rooms) Winooski and Burlington are incredibly dog friendly! Quarters (pub in Winooski) was delicious and a friendly atmosphere. DEFINITELY recommend staying in this property. :)"

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 19 reviews
"I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. I highly recommend this home and will definitely return in the future. Thank you."

New, convenient downtown apartment
8.0 out of 10, Very good, 61 reviews
"Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."

Dog-friendly home with mountain view, large yard, fire pit, & 3-season room
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, 20 reviews
"Some trouble getting in but could have been some user error. The lock is a little different and it spins so can be confusing. The owners checked in quite a bit until they could get in. The only other trouble was the second shower had no hot water. Had to use 1 shower for everyone. Only there for a long weekend so unable to be fixed that quick, understandable. Owner was very respectful and responsive. The home was very clean and tidy. Seems like everyone was comfortable in the beds as well....

"We were happy to be able to book Jessica’s place again because we had stayed there before. It is much roomier than having to stay in a hotel room. Quiet but close to Burlington and the islands. Private En Suite Large Master Bedroom With King Sized Bed
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 123 reviews
"These accommodations were extremely comfortable, quiet, and conveniently close to Burlington’s downtown & waterfront areas. We felt as if we were in a luxury hotel. Access to an outdoor deck area provided cooling shade from a truly glorious golden locust that overhung the house, as well as beautiful views of downtown rooftops & Lake Champlain beyond. A “cozy” bathroom & shower arrangement, but everything was immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We’d gladly return if we were ever in the area,...

"The property was excellent, of course...on the water, facing west, very quiet, immaculate neighborhood. Bit of an old, musty smell - like an old camp. Did not bother us but it was there. Very easy directions and instructions for use of the property. Uber was easy picking up and dropping off. Towels and linens were very clean. Thank you for a great stay."

"I had a great experience at this property! It was the perfect place to watch the eclipse, and made a a great home base. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was, as far as dining ware and cookware goes. We needed to call Albert to turn up the heat, but he arrived promptly and was very pleasant to interact with. We loved the decor of the place, and would love to return if we find ourselves in the neighborhood again."

Renovated Apartment minutes from Burlington
8.0 out of 10, Very good, 26 reviews
"Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet considering there are several bars and/or restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Only complaint/suggestion we have is to cover the bathroom window. We used a trash bag so people or traffic on that side couldn’t see in. That isn’t a show stopper though. We would definitely stay here again!"
