Located in a quaint neighborhood with a community pool and playground. Minutes from shopping, restaurants and highways. The light interior will give you ample natural light, desk space, dining room table, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, kitchen island, laundry room with washer/dryer, wifi accessibility, loft area with dedicated fitness equipment, ample closet space (large walk in closet in the master bedroom and a reach-in closets in all guest rooms), stand-in shower with a garden tub in the master bathroom and a spacious living and family room to unwind and relax after a long day at work. Kick back on the back patio with a fenced in yard to enjoy the evenings. The home provides a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars and free street parking. Short drive to Lowe's (1 mile), Target (1.2 miles), Northlake Mall (1.4 miles), Walmart (4.8 miles). Only 16 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International airport and 15 minutes to Concord Regional Airport. Less than 15 min to Uptown Charlotte and so much more within a 20 minute drive!
