There were a lot of people lingering around the property. Lots of drug sales and an abandoned gas station right down the street where drug sales were made. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, staff were really nice, and everything was clean but the area that this hotel is in, I would not recommend. I did not feel safe at all!

no one was there to check me in... I called the property, while another gentleman rang their buzzer system and called on their phone system. 20 minutes. had to go to a different hotel. working on getting a refund and expedia cant get ahold of them either. not happy with how either company is handling this.

The Front Desk Representative was WONDERFUL! She was kind and answered all of our questions. However, the pictures did not match the room or area around the hotel that was advertised. The room and hallways wreaked of marijuana. There were multiple people loitering in the parking lot when we arrived that night to check in and no security was in sight.

No one at counter for over an hour to check in. Called the number suggested and got placed on hold. Never came back. Lots of odd folks and animals running around. Doors slamming all night. Didn’t feel safe. When the guy finally showed up he was friendly

I did not even stay at the hotel because it was a terrible experience. When I got there nobody was at the front desk. I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked in. Then when I got to my floor there was people laying in the hallway that I had to step over to get to my room (3 people were laying in the hallway). Then when I got in the room and pulled back the comforter there were 3 large stains on the sheets (looked like blood). I took pictures of the soiled bed sheets. Then when I went back down stairs the front desk clerk was gone. The lights were off, the door was locked and the gate was down in the office. I had to use the phone in the hallway to call a hotline to make my complaint and get the front desk clerk to come back down stairs. It took him about another 10 to 15 minutes to come back down. I checked out immediately and want a refund. Please refund me because the conditions were terrible and I did not stay the night. I was in and out of the room in less then five minutes. It was an overall terrible experience so I would like to get reimbursed.

I will be disputing the charge to my credit card as this was the most UNACCEPTABLE hotel room I have ever entered! I received no response to my messages to this "hotel".I have photos of the MOLD, filty bathtub and the CRACKED shower walls that were not noticed at first of this disgusting room until I had to use the restroom! And the air conditioning did not work and the room smelled AWFUL. When I went back to the front desk to complain, NO ONE WAS there! So I never had the choice to change rooms or get a refund. And there were a number of people engaging in ILLEGAL activities both inside and outside the hotel

I had made a reservation online and arrived at 11:45pm, only to find that there was nobody at the front desk and the entrance was locked. I had to call for assistance to check-in, which was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Once I finally entered the room, I was disappointed to discover that the bed had not been made, and there were no sheets or blankets in place. Furthermore, the absence of a shower curtain was a major inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, your motel claimed to have a kitchen, but there were no plates or silverware available, and all cabinets were empty. To compound my discomfort, my room was situated right next to the highway, and the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive. The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner also contributed to an unpleasant experience. Moreover, the continuous opening and closing of doors by other guests was disruptive to my rest. Overall, my stay at your motel was a disappointment, and I would like to request a refund. I urge you to improve your services to ensure that future guests do not have to endure the same frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

Upon my arrival the room was under construction and it was dirty. I called down to the front office and no one answered. Went to the front office and no one was there. So I left and still waiting on a refund for the room.
