Welcome to this old charm 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

\- 1 Full-size bed  
\- 1 Queen bed… with private access from the porch off the kitchen or via shared bathroom with second bedroom.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has two full bathrooms and parking available for up to four vehicles.  
  
Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, the home is close growing amenities like dining and recreation. \*\*\*\* We want to make you aware that the neighboring lot has a residing friendly un-homed person. Please note that the property is fully separated by a secure fence, so there is no shared space or access between the two lots . Guests have their own private entry and full access to the fenced yard.  
  
The heart of the home features a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, seamlessly connecting to a cozy dining area and living space. Just off the kitchen, a porch provides a secondary entryway into the third bedroom, creating a unique setup that allows added privacy for guests.  
  
The first bedroom is spacious and versatile, furnished with two double beds to comfortably accommodate multiple guests. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for winding down. The third bedroom is a private retreat with a queen bed, accessible either through the shared bathroom or the exterior porch entry. This flexible design provides an excellent balance between shared and private living spaces.  
  
The home includes two full bathrooms, designed to be practical while still offering comfort. The shared bathroom connecting to the third bedroom adds a unique touch, making the space ideal for guests who value flexibility in access and use.  
  
Additional amenities include parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway, offering convenience and peace of mind. The home is fully furnished, so you’ll find everything from comfortable bedding and linens to kitchenware and seating, ensuring you can settle in with ease.
