We reserved the above property and then they put us in a different unit that was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the one we thought we were getting. It was dark, horribly furnished, and extremely noisy. We purposely reserved an upstairs unit and they put us on the ground floor so we had people trampling above us at all hours and a baby crying in the middle of the night each nigh. This was not a vacation! We left a day earlier because it was so bad!! I can’t believe VRBO would allow an owner to do that to us! They claimed the unit we selected needed repairs but then we should have been given the option to pick something else, not get stuck with whatever the owner decided to put is in!!! Owners were welcoming and responsive and the unit was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need! We will definitely return when we are back in Charlotte! ##### Laura S.
