In an 1800s mill building, the Atherton Mill and Market has chic artisan shops, while the surrounding area is home to a number of fine art galleries. The Charlotte Rail Trail is popular with runners and cyclists. Individual booking the reservation must email a copy of photo ID No smoke products of any kind allowed inside the apartment. Any signs or smell of smoke will result in you being charged your deposit You agree to keep noise to a minimum. We have a noise monitor in the apartment and if the volume goes above our threshold you will be asked to leave. If you have a car, you must display your parking pass at all times or you will be towed. Do not bother the leasing office as they are not there to field questions from our guests. All questions should be directed to the host. There was wonderful communication and detailed information. My only complaint was the dirty bed linen and bathroom…it was a one night stay and we didn’t notice it until we got back from our evening out at 10:30-11\.
