Our room got flooded in the middle of the night, had to move rooms at 3:30 am! Many of our things got wet. Overall it has been the worst experience we ever had and we travel a lot! No manager on duty until 7am i was told. Trying to pack all your stuff when you and your wife is half a sleep, move rooms & all of your thighs is definitely no fun and it ruined our stay here.half of the room was cover in water! Totally unacceptable!

Having to relocate in the early hours is understandably distressing and far from the experience we aim to provide. The lack of immediate support at the time certainly seems frustrating. This incident is being taken very seriously, and steps are being implemented to ensure that such an inconvenience does not occur again. It is clear this experience did not meet your expectations or our standards, and we are committed to rectifying this situation. It was next to the highway and very noisy The bathrooms were somewhat upgraded but the room was obviously very old I couldn't sleep there a 2nd night but was still charged for the room

We quite enjoyed our stay here. We booked two nights for a concert and were so pleased with the room and amenities. The food downstairs was delicious (absolutely recommend the short ribs with fried Brussel sprouts with basalmic reduction) and the Starbucks coffee was welcomed on our early departure. Staff were welcoming and kind, and the location was very convenient.

Went for an overnight trip with our family. No real complaints, rooms were decent and clean. (Minus a dirty sock found in the bathroom of our girl’s room that was found under the bathroom vanity. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was the pictures of the rooftop space. That was a disappointment. The pictures look way nicer than the actual space. It was run down and just not very nice although the view was fantastic.
