Open the book before you judge, the outside may not look appealing but the inside is immaculate and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was quite. They offered suggestions on what to do around town. There’s a bar and restaurant but I never visited it. There’s also an indoor/outdoor pool but I didn’t get in. I would visit again

I liked it in general. The bartender and restaurant wait staff, however, were not well trained in customer service. The bartender was surly to some customers (such as me) and yucking it up with others. She, and the hostess/waitress seemed also to think that a the end of a main course you'd wish to immediately be presented your bill, without asking if you'd like anything else. Not a big deal, just kind of odd and off-putting.

Like that there is a bar/restaurant on premises. Rooms are a bit dated. Bathroom wasn’t very clean - dead spider in shower and used a-tip on floor. Rest of room and bedding seemed fine.

Microwave needs to be included in the rooms. There were no access to hot water after hours, and the coffee maker in the room was not to clean to use. No running water to make tea or coffee accept from the bathroom. This is so inconvenient for someone who wants a hot cup of tea or coffee. The prices at the restaurant on the premise is very expensive

The hotel is super clean and comfortable, but the lobby staff is so bad that the man who was there didn't even look at my face when he talked to me, when I was giving him the key back he showed me the box. where I'm supposed to put it, but in a way like looks it goes there! I am not sure what was his problem.

Everything was good with the exception of the dinner. It was the worst food I can remember ever having. Generally, Sheraton's hotel food is always good but was surprised at how bad the chicken scallopini was. The chicken was a thick, hard piece that the knife could not cut, and the cous cous had absolutely no taste. I'm pretty easy when it comes to food but....... so sorry but I had to let you know.

the staff was very helpful and friendly the service at checkout and at the breakfast buffet was extraordinary. the ambience was just lovely wish i had time to go in the pool. I would stay here again if in the Charlotte area.

Miscommunication on all levels
Booked 2 club level rooms, only got 1 of 2 for our first night. Upon check in asked if I could pre-pay for 1 more breakfast package was told that I’d have to pay at breakfast.. not a problem, until I realized that 1 of my 2 Reims was not club level.. naturally went back and asked them to compensate with breakfast, hmmmm.. Club was only open 1 time throughout stay.. Staff was courteous, but not very accommodating and many seemed to be out of the loop of hotel happenings. Beds were extremely FIRM! Will not stay again, nice staff but was not fond of my stay.
