This new and modern house has 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and stylish décor. Enjoy the cozy living room well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6\. Outside, a large patio with BBQ grill and fully fenced yard provide privacy and a safe space for kids and pets. And don't forget to relax in the hot tub! Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, and a short drive from the airport. Come make yourself at home in our comfortable retreat! The space This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 10 guests. Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area, 3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 queen beds and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay. Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires. The house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. both equipped with a shower/ tub combo If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier. In the yard we have a outdoor seating area , fire pit and a gas grill to help fill your appetite. a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience! Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip. So let us welcome you to your home away from home...Enjoy! Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles. Street parking is also available. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Guest access You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet on main floor that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us. Other things to note Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability) Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability) Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL. No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation. NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. Property was spotless, well maintained, looked exactly like the photos, and had all the conveniences and then some of a home away from home. Location and neighborhood felt safe and was perfect for our needs as it was only a 15 minute drive or so from the airport, but also close to where we needed to be Uptown. We were also traveling with a 2 year old and 8 year old, who both equally enjoyed having the table games, the hot tub ("pool") and some play space in the back yard. Lastly, communication with the hosts both before, during and after our stay was great. They provided very clear and detailed information prior to check-in, promptly responded to all enquiries at any time and went out of their way to accommodate a couple of last minute changes on our part. There were dirty washcloths all throughout the house. The oven looked like it was never cleaned before. The hot tub was not turned on when we arrived and it took 3 days just to get to 83 degrees which was still not hot enough for the kids to get in. We chose this property specifically for the hot tub but unfortunately we did not get to experience it. The check in code was not provided on day of check in. We had to reach out to the host for the code but received it within a timely manner. Other than that it was a nice property. ##### Michelle K.
