With smart TVs in every room, a stocked kitchen, and all essentials provided, everything you need for the perfect getaway is here.  
  
This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4-bath lake home blends modern comfort with playful energy—perfect for families, groups, or a weekend escape. With two king suites overlooking the water and an open layout filled with natural light, it’s easy to feel at home the moment you arrive.  
  
Outside, spend your days enjoying the expansive covered dock, complete with a fire table, swim platform, and plenty of room to dock your boat. The water stays high all year, making it ideal for swimming, paddling, or cruising. In the evenings, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, share stories around the firepit, or relax on the patio with dinner and drinks under the stars.  
  
Indoors, the game room is packed with fun—foosball, ping pong, oversized Connect 4, indoor basketball, and more. When it’s time to unwind, catch a movie in the private theater with a massive screen, or retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms, each featuring its own smart TV.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from big family meals to late-night snacks, and coffee is provided to start your mornings right. We’ve stocked everything you need—linens, towels, soaps, and more—so you can settle in and enjoy.

We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!  
  
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?  
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.  
  
🔥 Is firewood provided?  
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

\- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125 per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.  
\- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.  
\- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.  
\- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.  
\- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.  
\- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

The views were amazing, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches—the s’mores, popcorn, and how well-stocked everything was. The game room and theater were so much fun at night. We have rented at Lake Norman four years in a row and this house was our favorite house ! Can’t wait to come back!
