Enjoy stunning mile-long Lake Norman views, a fun-filled game room, two paddleboards, and a cozy guest suite. With 3 king bedrooms, a bunk/game loft, and a private guest house, this home is perfect for families or groups. Relax on the upper porch, gather by the firepit, or dine lakeside after a day on the water—everything you need for an unforgettable stay is here. This laid-back lake retreat has everything you need for a relaxing, memory-making getaway. Wake up to breathtaking views from the primary suite, complete with a king bed and spacious en-suite bath. Two additional king bedrooms feature smart TVs and share a well-appointed hallway bathroom. Upstairs, the large bunk/game room includes two twin-over-full bunks, a huge TV, and access to an upper-level porch overlooking the lake. A separate guest house (ADU) offers even more flexibility with its own living space, small kitchen, pull-out sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and an upstairs suite with a full bed—perfect for teens, in-laws, or added privacy. Spend your days paddleboarding from the private dock, playing cornhole, or hanging out in the garage game room with ping pong, darts, pop-a-shot, and more. The main living area is open and inviting with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy seating, and lake views that stretch for miles. The main house has two full bathrooms shared across the three king bedrooms and bunk room. Outside, enjoy dining under the stars, gathering at the firepit, and parking with ease in the oversized driveway. 🕸️ Spider webs outside? We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life! ⏰ Can I check in early or check out late? We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround. 🔥 Is firewood provided? No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability). 🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces? Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability. \[DISCLAIMERS\] \- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125\.
