Designed for comfort, this property includes four elegantly appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a room with a king-sized bed, another with both a king-sized and a queen-sized bed, and a third with a full-sized bed. Downstairs, a room equipped with two single beds ensures flexibility for various preferences. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
