If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). NOTE: please follow the instructions in the reservation confirmation to register your dog. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. These apartments are in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home. There are many locally owned restaurants and shops within an easy walk, as well as parks and a greenway trail.
