Boat launch close by at Inland Sea Marina just 0.6 miles away. This property is located in a wake zone and perfect for water sports. Private Beach, Enjoy a kayak ride or swim off the floating dock with a diving board (kayaks and floats provided). Fish off the dock. Sit around the firepit and make smores and lasting memories. This is a quiet walkable neighborhood near Stutts Marina. Close to shopping, restaurants and race shops. This is the lower level of a ranch house with a private entrance . Hopefully, we get to come back sometime! The accommodations were very nice with plush towels & everything we needed for our weekend.
