  • Profitez de la vie du lac et détendez-vous à Bally K, un chalet confortable de 3 chambres sur un lot isolé de 1,5 acres au bord de l'eau. 28 minutes du centre-ville de Charlotte, 5 minutes de la I-77

    Il s'agit d'un lot à faible pente. Tout le monde a un accès facile à l'eau. Pas de marches à monter au quai, pas de marches à monter pour rentrer à la maison.

    Récemment rénové avec nouvelle cuisine, planchers de bois franc et nouveaux meubles. Couvert et projeté dans le porche avec salle à manger. Terrasse ouverte avec vue imprenable sur le lac.

    Quai flottant de 30 'x 30'. Terrain en eau profonde avec plus de 15 pieds d'eau à la jetée, même en hiver. Gazebo couvert situé au-dessus de l'eau pour profiter des couchers de soleil du lac normand.

    Bénéficiez d'une utilisation illimitée des 4 kayaks et du stand up paddle - tous gratuits avec la location. Lancez-les depuis le quai ou depuis la plage de sable au bord de l'eau. Grande baignade dans la baie privée, pas de trafic de bateau, donc c'est sûr pour les enfants.

    Apportez votre bateau, installez-vous à l'accès public au ruisseau Haggar. Skipper à moins de 1/2 mile de retour à notre jetée, attachez-le dans la cale de bateau privée.

    Câble Time Warner avec Disney, Nick, Nick Jr, Boomerang et toutes les chaînes pour enfants. Play Station, Wii, avec beaucoup de jeux. Super endroit pour que les enfants profitent de leurs vacances d'été.

    10 min en voiture de Target, Best Buy, Sam's, Wall-Mart, Dick's, Belk's et plus. 10 minutes en voiture de la bonne nourriture, ou prenez votre bateau pour l'un des nombreux restaurants au bord du lac.

This house has everything you can think of. You only need to bring clothes, the owners provided everything else. The house was clean, the shower amazing and any appliance you would need. Plus it’s right in the water with a lovely view from the dock. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to stay on the lake.

Our stay at the Lake Norman lake house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views throughout. The spacious lanai made it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery, and we especially loved the furnished gazebo right by the water—it was a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. I could have lived on the screen porch. It was very inviting and clean as soon as we entered. The lake view and access was amazing.

It was a wonderful Lakehouse that was very well done. Kitchen was fully capable of you are a foodie…The entire place was impeccably clean. All the details were paid attention too with this property. A ton of stuff to do around there or just chill there. It was a great experience.

Wonderful stay as always! We look forward to being at Bally K every year, and are always impressed with the hosts and the whole experience! We had some rain this year, but it didn't put a damper on us, we just hung out in the fabulous screened in porch, or headed down to the covered dock area where our son got some great fishing in. We also went to Southern Distillery this year, and I highly recommend it. It's only about 30 minutes away and a fun way to spend a couple of hours if the sun isn't out. Thank you for sharing your cute cottage, and providing years of memory making for us! See you next year!

The epitome of the difference between paying attention to details vs the bare minimum. They left us a beautiful note and Some sweets to welcome us. Almost anything we forgot was available to us. An incredibly clean and well taken care of space. The perfect view. Not a single bug. Not only will we be returning next year, half of us are planning to come back with just our families. We love this property!

Another amazing stay at Bally K:) We love the cozy cottage and the nature around it. Lovely scenery just looking out of the patio with lake view. The cottage is always clean upon arrival and decorated accordingly which gives out a homey vibe. Thank you for accommodating us again and hope to visit soon!

We loved our stay at this property. We had everything we needed and loved lounging on the dock and swimming in the lake. This vacation was the most relaxed I've ever seen my husband. We would definitely stay here again!
