In the whole building they need to shampoo, the rugs filthy in the rooms and outside of the rooms, it does not look presentable for customers only one working elevator and I stay there for 3-4 and seen no one working to get it fixed

The facility needs an upgrade. The elevator nearest the entrance is broken, there are carpet stains, and there is horrible traffic getting to the property.

The outside of the hotel, such as the glass windows were not clean. Aside from being very outdated, that was comfortable the room was clean. I did notice some of the sheets at cigarette burns. Otherwise comfortable stay.

The carpeting was dirty and stained. The bathroom door had obvious stains on it , like someone spilled coffee all over it. Bed was comfortable. The WIFI was unusable as I was warned by my computer and cell, not to proceed as it was condidered unsafe to proceed. Definite language barrier with the front desk employee. Just stayed 1 night while traveling

First- NO WHERE does the listing say the facility will put a $100 hold on your credit card- NO exceptions. SECOND- they don’t release that hold for 7-10 business days! We stayed in the hotel for a total of FIVE HOURS to sleep between flights!!! Second- the hotel is disgusting!!! It’s downright FILTHY!!! Expedia should be ASHAMED to even list this Hellish Pit!!! Dog feces in the entryway… trash and discarded food in the hallways… gross stains on the carpets… the tub was SLIMY… the carpet in our room turned my feet literally BLACK just walking between the tub and the bed. I have stayed in many hotels and use La Quinta often. I travel for work and stay in hotels at least 15 days a month- this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in… If I wasn’t so exhausted I would have left!! Expedia and LaQuinta should be ashamed

Smoke detector in the room started blipping low battery at 3am- workers don’t know how to change the battery so told us to pack up and moved us rooms at 330am. Staff refused to even acknowledge this as an issue- more detectors were heard going off on the main floor just walking to the front desk. Clearly they are not checked. Batteries happen- but the fact they think that being made to move rooms in the middle of the night is not an issue worth resolving is insane. Also not a very clean place.

Corridor carpets were absolutely filthy. Corridor doors banged, peeled, no elevator chipped. Only one elevator, working, allowing 10 men to party outside a car in the parking lot at bedtime. Very scary for a single woman staying in that motel. Had to move my car to get away from them. so the night nightstand in the room was filthy had goop on it and glass rings. Plus there was hair hanging on the hairdryer in the bathroom. Not enough soap in the bathroom. They only could comment I will make is the beds. Which certainly never stay there again unless they cleaned it up .

Our room had no shower curtain, no working refirigerator, and no dials on the HVAC system. We changed rooms to get a working refrigerator, but in that room the carpet was torn. The hallways were filthy and carpeting looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

This property was probably designed for business travelers, but these days seems to cater more to construction workers. Everything seems just a tad rundown, but the price was right and the location was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were more than accommodating.

When checking in the man on the front desk was very friendly. How ever i didnt get what i had requested when I booked my room. I asked for a ground floor and a handicap room didn't get either. There was a $100 deposit that I had to make that wasn't specified on the website till now still have not received my $100 deposit back. When checking out the lady that was at the front desk was not as friendly and gave only short answers to my questions about my deposit. She lied and said it would be back by 12:00 noon Sunday but here it is Monday and still nothing yet

The property is run down and there are stains and misc trash on every carpet from the hallway to the stairway to the hotel rooms. The toilet exuded water from the rear tank when flushed, so the floor gets wet and the bathroom smells like poo. Note that the staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was a typical continental spread of muffins, cereal, yogurts, coffee, and self-made waffles.

It is clearly obvious that preventative maintenance is not a concern for these owners. The carpet throughout is ragged, worn and extrmrly dirty. The paint in my room was chipping off the wall. The bathroom had mildew everywhere. I will not stay at this brand hotel again.

Got smoked out by some group hot boxing in the adjoining room… was woken up at midnight by my room filled with smoke. Asked about being compensated for not sleeping due to being nauseous from the burnt weed filling my room, but they set up an impossible time to talk with the manager. They did kick the people out and told me that they would not put party looking people in the room next to mine. So I won’t say they did nothing, but it was miserable. Wish I could’ve been compensated better.

Floor was dirty and not cleaned. Condom boxes in the room. Bathroom was not cleaned and door would not lock. Door to get in the room, lock would not lock.. it was broken. The window had no safety lock, could easily fall out of it (esp if a child was there). The place was not a safe location. From the outside it looked nice. Inside is a different story.

The check in process was longer than I used to with Laquinta. Had to sign several papers. Frintbdesk was friendly. The room smells like moldy specially the carpet, my dog wouldnt stop sniffing around the carpet. I had to spray my cologne all over the room. Noisy in terms of you can hear people outside the build9ng next to your window room. Bathroom needs renovated,actually the whole building should be renovated. I only sttayed for 1 night. Probably not staying here on my next visit.
