"Prices are higher than other places. Some of the staff were less than friendly. Mix up with my reservation, so to fix it, they charged me double the price I had booked thru Expedia."

Best Western Okemos/East Lansing Hotel & Suites

Best Western Okemos/East Lansing Hotel & Suites

8/10 Good
"The room was in good condition overall. The sink drain was stuck almost closed and needed some adjusting. The toilet ran after being flushed, but it turned off once you shifted the handle. The individual Keurig in the room was great for making coffee without needing to go out. The only real issue was overflowing trash cans outside and a few beer bottles on the lawn. Staff could do a better job of cleaning up around the property."
