This townhouse is in a great part of Charlotte, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property manager Jessica is very responsive. However, the charm ends with the location. The property is dirty..not just a little dirty but extremely dirty. Smelled like mix of cigarettes and wet dog. While the property manager graciously let us leave after 1 night, (we were suppose to stay 5) and partially refunded us, beware if you book that the townhouse leaves a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. ##### Kimberly J. The home was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband enjoyed using the hot tub at the end of our day sight seeing outside in nearby downtown Charlotte etc. This is a duplex and a renter lives in the connected side of the home, just as an FYI for those who may care. We weren't there enough for it to matter but to some people it may. The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot was appreciated - I didn't notice until it was almost time to go that there is a refillable Keurig pod and ground coffee there - I would have used that instead of the Keurig filled pods that were also supplied.
