The home offers quick access to SouthPark and other parts of Charlotte, with plenty of Uber options available. Other Things to Note: \*\*House Rules\*\* The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained. Any breach will result in up to a $300 fine for additional cleaning. Baby (or puppy) gates are available as well as protective outlet covers! We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy. Access to the Home: Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM: You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises. No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets: Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and carport for up to five cars. Driving or parking on the lawn or grass is prohibited and will incur a $200 fine. Public street parking is not available. To safely exit the drive way into the street, use the turnaround area of the carport. In order to make a left hand turn during heavy traffic, you may wish to turn right then make your next available left or U turn. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. And it is on a very dangerous busy street very difficult to pull out into the road. I would not stay there again!! Renter beware! ##### denise j. Very clean, a good amount of toilet paper but only a Keurig not a coffee pot. The house was very cold the first 24 hours and not extra blankets but once the house warmed up it was great. It was a perfect location, close to the university. It was very clean and had ample dishes and supplies in the kitchen to prepare meals. It was on quite a busy street, but the yard was very large. It is a great location and home for a family. The basement has a great entertaining area. We would recommend it to other families. House was close by to everything and had everything needed for a longer term stay Only one note of caution, the home is on a very busy street with constant traffic.
