Everyone else consider yourselves forewarned. There has been absolutely no maintenance done on this property in decades. The local staff are wonderful. ##### Laura Manning H. Sep 15, 2024 #### beautiful location poorly maintained and unclean the island is very beautiful and peaceful. the building is an old camp and unfortunately was not very well maintained. There was two broken chairs and one collapsed the first night we were there. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned in a while. the bath mat was dirty and stained. The kitchen floor and stove top was so dirty we felt compelled to perform a deep clean before using it. Given the cost to rent this rustic cabin we were expecting it to be clean. Did some sailing, canoeing, hanging out on beach and checked out Burlington + Shelburne farms. Finn was an awesome caretaker, super nice. Definitely want to return! ##### Alexander F. I would suggest getting a dock in for guest use for boating. Also a picnic table or more chairs at the cabin would be helpful for cooking and relaxing outside.
