Discover this fully renovated two-story brick home in the friendly Sardis Forest neighborhood. It features a large chef's kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, an in-ground saltwater pool adjacent to a lush garden with fruit trees, and hand-scraped hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the luxury of heated floors in the master bath and sunroom. A perfect blend of elegance and comfort in a serene setting.

We require all guests to sign an agreement acknowledging our house rules.  
  
We don’t allow parties or events at this property. We do not allow loud music at this property. Our neighbors are very sensitive to loud music. We require a $1000 security deposit paid prior to checkin. If the house rules are broken this will be forfeited.
