This home offers an exceptional location in the area, offering effortless access to work and leisure activities within minutes. Its proximity to major roads and highways facilitates convenient travel to uptown Charlotte, CLT airport, The Whitewater center, Mountain Island, and Lake Norman, among other destinations. The property features three comfortable bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private rear patio. Athletic fields are minutes away.

Accommodating property for my family of 6\. Plenty of open space for us to spend time together.. House was clean and stocked well enough. A cookie sheet would have been helpful and I would have preferred better T.P. All in all, an enjoyable enough stay that I would recommend.
