Flight was delayed so when I called for the shuttle, rude customer service. After waiting, ended up taking an Uber. Front desk lady was the best experience - wasn’t who answered about the shuttle and she was apologetic for the disconnect on the shuttle. Room was dirty, dated, smelled of urine, and warm water at best for your shower was all less than ideal.

It oak 30 minutes to check in upon arrival with only one person working the desk. There was only person working the restaurant and the lobby was full of waiting guests. The hotel is in major need of renovations. The room smelled damp and the elevator is questionable.

Good to be close to the airport. Three things I should mention, though: 1) The sink only ran hot water. 2) The shower curtain did not fully close. Need to change the hanging rod and pair it with a non-elastic curtain. 3) The elevator smells really bad. Time for an inspection.

Checked into room and noticed no small bar soap in the sink area. Went to front desk to ask for some and staff could not locate any soap. We were then told they would have to call housekeeping and it would be sent to our room but we never received. Next, I had to wait 45-minutes to get a simple salad from the Bristro menu. One person working the bar and restaurant area. Poor staff scheduling and management strategy that creates unhappy customers. You can do netter Courtyard — especially given the CLT location.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Stayed overnight between flights. The shuttle was fast and convenient to and from the airport. We come from an area where water is practically free so to pay $5 for bottled water was a shock. Would've been nice to have some grab and go breakfast options. But otherwise we're happy with our choice.

The bathroom renovations were poor with the shower panels being too long and so they bowed out from the wall leaving a large gap. Blood on the shower curtain. My daughter in the next room also had blood in her shower.
