The men working the front desk where very nice & helpful. We had an early flight out of Charlotte & it was convenient to park at the hotel & shuttle to the airport. I will stay again when flying from this area

Greg the driver of shuttle was absolutely amazing. He was courteous, remembered our names the next day, all out a nice guy. He should have been the one checking us in because he seemed to care. Check in guy eh?

I stayed one night, as I had a flight the next morning. Read some reviews & I was pleasantly surprised, my stay was nothing like the reviews read. I had a really nice stay. Rooms were clean, staff was very courtesy & nice. If I ever need a nice place to stay ANY TIME I'm in the Charlotte area ,this is where I'm staying.

10-12 cars were broken into during my stay. Air conditioning filters were disgusting we had to clean them so the air conditioning would work it wasnt even plugged in. The toliet seat was broken. I will never stay there again. We reported all this to the night crew and when we brought it to expedias attention the hotel said we disnt say a word! Highly dissatisfied

There was no dry area to sit and smoke while raining. The toilet was to low. Certainly not enough channels on tv. That’s my only complaints.

Stayed in September before flying out. Left my car. NO charge! Coffe in the morning. NO charge! Stayed there in April. $60 to leave my car! Coffee was almost $5! NO breakfast without purchasing it. Will not be staying here again. The Hampton Inn was the same price for the night. FREE parking! FREE breakfast! FREE coffee! For $145 a night I'll stick with the better services!!!

Flight was delayed so when I called for the shuttle, rude customer service. After waiting, ended up taking an Uber. Front desk lady was the best experience - wasn’t who answered about the shuttle and she was apologetic for the disconnect on the shuttle. Room was dirty, dated, smelled of urine, and warm water at best for your shower was all less than ideal.

It oak 30 minutes to check in upon arrival with only one person working the desk. There was only person working the restaurant and the lobby was full of waiting guests. The hotel is in major need of renovations. The room smelled damp and the elevator is questionable.
