The 35x16 foot swimming pool in the backyard welcomes the experienced swimmer or those just looking to relax outside to read or conduct a meeting. The home is located in East Charlotte, just 10-15 minutes from center city, all sporting/concert arenas and the best restaurants and shops in the city. Guests can enjoy a nice walk to a beautiful park that has a huge playground for kids, tennis courts, two baseball fields and a basketball court. CLT airport is a 25 minute drive away. This 1970's home was recently renovated in 2021 to express a clean, chic and modern look that is inviting and accommodating for various guests needs. The backyard has ample space to splash around, entertain and dine with your loved ones during the summer and early fall months. The house was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Pool was fantastic for the hot summer evenings. Beds were comfortable as well. The property owner was very kind in making sure we had everything we needed. You do have to take the trash out and such which isn’t bad but I would recommend leaving a vacuum cleaner for guests to clean from coming in from the pool in case there’s debris to avoid any charges. Plenty of room for everyone, cute snack baskets. If one of my grandkids had been injured , I’d be doing more than writing a review. Stayed one nite only because it was nearly mid nite when we arrived.
