Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and plenty of flexible common space to support you during your stay. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea! The fully-functioning kitchen features stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils. Eat together at the dining table or outside on the furnished patio! With two common areas, larger groups have the flexibility they need. Relax in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or head downstairs to the den with refrigerator, couch, table space, tv and board games! Remote workers can utilize the table top area or access the high-speed internet from around the house. The main level includes a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king bed, and tv/cable. There are two other sizable queen bedrooms on the main floor, and a full bathroom. Downstairs along with the den, there are two large bedrooms. One has a queen bed and another has 3 twin beds for kids or more flexible sleeping arrangements. Also downstairs is another full bathroom as well. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. The house was clean and had ample space to prepare a large dinner together. The yard and green space is great to play games and relax. Although on a busy road, the house is set a distance back making it private and safe. We would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a large space to celebrate together in a fabulous location. ##### Melanie H. We really enjoyed time with family and the opportunity for all different age levels of our extended family to stay together. We were pretty much 15 minutes from everything for the 5 days we were there. The property manager was super responsive to come fix the front porch light as well as bring us some hangers that we all needed to hang up suits and dresses. He was so friendly! The kitchen looks to be newly renovated and had all that we needed. Once WiFi was restored then it was fine. Communication with manager to understand and resolve the issue was immediate and prompt which was very helpful. With 5 bedrooms (7 beds total) plus the downstairs den which can easily accommodate a large air mattress, there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s an older home with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen/dining area. The house is located on a fairly busy road, but it is set well back from the street with a long driveway and plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. The backyard had lots of seating and felt very private. My only suggestion for improvement is to give the landscaping in the front yard a little more TLC so it reflects the thoughtful updates that have been done inside the home. The overall location was central to many restaurants, shopping, and the tennis courts where we played.
