Charming waterfront Lake Norman home

This beautiful cottage is located off Exit 33 off I77 in the Point
subdivision. It is a nicely furnished waterfront home with
outstanding views of Lake Norman. This home features new HVAC, new interior and exterior paint and hardwood floors throughout! The lake views are spectacular and there is plenty of room for family and friends to relax in comfort. There is a large family room that opens up to the kitchen, as well as an enclosed sun room with panoramic views of the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor, including the master bedroom which features a king sized bed, large screen TV and custom master bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The first room is a semi-private room with two twin beds and a lovely electric fireplace. The room off of the twin bedroom features a new foam mattress King bed. Family and friends will love the large bonus room loft above the garage, which also makes a great place to send the teenagers after along day on the lake. This room also features a large screen TV, ample seating, full bath and a queen bed with a high boy dresser.

This home is on some of the best deep water Lake Norman has to offer. There is a boat ramp on the property that guests are welcome to use. The large dock is fully equipped to tie up a boat, with a double jet dock for jet skis and more. The dock also features a diving board and ladder, and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or just hanging out and relaxing! The home has a full deck with table & chairs & umbrella, plenty of seating and a patio with a propane gas grill. As an added bonus, this home sits next door to another vacation rental making this home perfect for larger events or multi-family vacations! Tiled sunroom with beautiful views of the lake and ceiling fans throughout, there are TVs in every bedroom, DVD, Expanded Cable w/ WiFi, filtered water and Garbage service.

We offer a stackable washer/dryer in one of the downstairs baths for smaller loads as well as a full Washer/Dryer, Microwave and all kitchen amenities, CD & DVD player. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable w/ the amenities you expect of a home. Central A/C. Fully Furnished including Linens, Towels, Dishes and all Utensils.

This property was very nice overall my family and I had a very nice stay. The property had plenty of space to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped. The living space above the garage was like a loft apartment overlooking Lake Norman. Being right on the lake was plus. We would stay again! Negative, steak knives and coffee pot needs to be replaced!

Such a relaxing home that covers every need we had. Beautiful location and not far from every convenience you might need. Spent lots of time just walking the area and enjoying the wildlife. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the area. Beds were very comfortable as was the home.

We had a great time at the lake house! Home is beautifully situated on the lake, fully stocked and very peaceful. We saw lots of chipmunks and deer which the kids loved. Definitely would book again for a family retreat.

Lovely home and perfect view.a few small issues. Owners were very nice and responsive. Great location. Our kids loved all the deer. Rented a boat and jet skis. Great places to eat, some on the water. Pickleball counts close by. Excellent bonding time for our family.

Very charming, spacious home and property on a beautiful area of the lake. Easy, stress-free check in/out process with excellent communication. We enjoyed the beautiful dock where we could sit, dock our boat, and swim. There is also a ramp right on the property where we were able to put the boat in the water! So convenient! Only recommendation would be to invest in bug control services for the yard and home, as the ants, centipedes, and beetles were getting into house very easily. We bought Raid and used while we were there. Also, would ask that we be allowed to access the broom closet (this was locked) to help keep the floors swept up throughout the week. Other than those two very minor issues, our family vacation was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, to the home owners, for sharing your little spot of paradise!

Beautiful sunsets and wildlife, calm water for floating!

Such a great first trip to Lake Norman. Comfortable areas to gather. The bedrooms worked just fine for us young adult couple loved the detached loft above the garage. It was so nice and air conditioning was great in there! The walk through bedroom set up upstairs in the main house was fine for teenage siblings since one didn't care if the other walked through their bedroom. They started the upstairs bathroom. Floating in the lake work the pool noodles was the favorite activity. Wish I had known that before I paid for a week long pontoon boat rental.LOL We did enjoy going to The Blue Parrott on the boat for lunch... Very good food and they help you pay the boat and will fill it with gas for you while you eat. The pontoon boat would be a little hard to dock at the house if you have never driven one, though! We would definitely rent here again! There is a canoe to use as well.

Amazing views, comfortable house, kitchen was great for breakfast and Angel was a helpful host! I had multiple family members (aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew) come from all over and everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend it

Great place!

We loved the property and we had a great long weekend. Located in a nice Cove, the dock was awesome. I had to hunt for one of the bedrooms. Did not realize that it was in top of the garage area. But other than that, it was great. I would love to stay for a whole week in the summer.

The view of the lake was peaceful and excellent, the house does need some updating, the property manager never responded to my messages at a time where i was little confused about certain things and i had simple questions, but overall it was a great experience and the family had a wonderful time getting together for Christmas, thank for offering your property for rent, it was pleasant.

Served our needs well

I am not going to say anything negative, could some things have been better, sure but a nice place. would have liked a hand rail for the upstairs on the other side, lights on the steps going to the lake. We came when it is dark by 5:00 pm so hard to see. Like all pics for rentals the place is smaller than it seems, but served us well. We had a great time, and would recommend. It was a great family fun time for us. Thanks

Great for a group!

My girlfriends and I (all ca. 30-35 years old) stayed for a quiet ladies' weekend to reconnect. The property wasn't super well stocked (no backup toilet paper or paper towels) but the property was comfortable for all of us and location is great - serene lake views and a feeling of privacy but you're only about 15-20 minutes from groceries and restaurants.

Our group of 7 women enjoyed our stay. My things were provided. Our only issue was not being able to watch TV in the bedrooms. There were no instructions on how to get reception or if it was available. Other than that, we were pleased and would do it again!
