Room 418 must be near some sort of electrical. Moderately loud hum periodically going from quiet to moderate volume. (Not associated with elevator). This was very regular only during hours of darkness. I was diappointed in breakfast options. Apparently complentary coffe only available to Marriot members. I was asked at checkin if I had a number, but wasnt offer option to join or what value of membership was. Might have joined for breakfast options. Instead found starbucks enroute to church for funeral I was attending.

We appreciate your feedback, Bill. It is only through comments such as these that we are able to monitor our operation and make improvements as needed. Bonvoy is the name of Marriott's Rewards membership program. It is free to join at any time and members can earn points and stay credit on any reservation booked through Marriott. The more you stay, the more amenities you earn. Unfortunately, third party stays do not qualify - but you can certainly join for future visits at any Marriott property.

Modern clean hotel
Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. I was checked in quickly with no incident The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant food was tasty and the wait staff was very friendly. Overlall a great stay in a very nice hotel. Hotel is also close to the mall and other featured attractions. Highly recommended...I.will stay there again.

Next hotel but basic!! The parking is horrible, if your not a marriot member you have to pay for wifi. No complimentary coffe which is a negative. Coffee should always be free at a hotel. There also was no shower gel in bath it was empty. Overall it was an okay stay.

Water mess
We arrived to a wet floor. Someone mopped up part of it so they knew about it. There was a big puddle in the closet so we threw a towell on it. Later we figured out the ac was leaking A lot. It dripped the entire time we wete there. Next the shower would not drain. Like water backed up 12+ inches and took pver an hour to drain down. Tried to call front desk for more towels and to tell about the room issues but the room phone wouldnt work. To expensive a room for this kind of experience.

The rooms need to be dusted. The ceiling had so much dust in them and the window curtains need to be pulled back so they can dust and spray for Cobb webs and hugs! It was bugs all In our hotel window seals
