Located in beautiful Reavencrest, you’ll find yourself in a desirable cul-de-sac with a beautiful fenced back yard. You won’t have to venture out into the city to enjoy a relaxing vacation right in your own home. This house is a short stroll to community amenities, such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a lovely playground. You’ll be close to shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Stonecrest and Blakeney Shopping Centers. As you enter the house, it immediately impresses you with its spacious and open floorplan, wall-to-wall windows and high ceilings spanning from the 1st to the 2nd floor. But the real star of this stunning house is its newly upgraded kitchen. This chef’s kitchen comes with new cabinets with lighting, a custom extended island with quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farm-style sink and a built-in bar/wine rack. Features and amenities • 2-story great room with a gas fireplace • Wall-to-wall windows with natural light • Spacious formal dining room, formal living room, plus private office on the main floor • Master suite with trey ceiling and triple windows open to private bath with dual vanities, garden tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet • Fully upgraded kitchen with all essentials and high-end amenities • Fenced yard with a patio • 2-car garage and extended parking • Community pool, tennis courts and a playground Parking • 2 car garage and 4 cars in the driveway Things to know • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Pool Operation Time: 10 AM - 9 PM Daily • Pool Opening: May 29, 2021/ Pool Closing: September 26, 2021 (weekends only after Labor Day) • There is a security camera on the property. House rules • NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. • NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor. • Pet Policy Pets are allowed at an additional ($300+ Tax) fee and $500 pet deposit. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation. One pet per unit max. The maximum weight limit is 25 lbs. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages in the property. Any violation of the policy will incur a $500.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit.
