  • Hanna Ct combines the comfort of an entire home with a private pool with all Charlotte has to offer including being 15 minutes from Uptown attractions and 13 minutes from popular Plaza Midwood/Noda area which are notorious for their amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping.
    This space offers three private bedrooms, two private bathrooms, and a LARGE living area. In the summer enjoy a dip in the pool!
    NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED, respect to neighbors and neighborhood is required by guest. If there a party or event, Guest will be fined $1000. If guest goes beyond the max 6 person limit, the guest is subject to be fined.
    Max of 4 cars allowed. Parking on street is not permitted

President’s Cup Weekend

We were in town for the President’s Cup and stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to cold rainy weather. It looked so inviting though! Communication was very good with the owner. I would recommend.

Charlotte

The check in process was unfortunately non-existent but all contact after that went really well. The owner was very helpful after the initial problem and made up for the inconvenience. The house was perfect and the back yard wonderful.

My stay here was so pleasurable. The host was super responsive and accommodating.

This property was clean and comfortable the accommodations were top notch. This property have everything you need and more. The pool is way better in person and very relaxing. Beds are a little thin but they are comfortable each of us slept very comfortable. We appreciate the host and everything she done for us I would book here every time i take a trip to Charlotte. This is my new go to.

Felt like home!

Amazing place to stay for our family including our dogs. The fenced in yard provided a safe area for the dogs and kids to play. The pool was fantastic! It's not fully in the sun which is a plus for us. The host was super fast a responding to my messages when I had questions. The beds were comfy and pillows aplenty. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful and quiet, even with us being there on a holiday weekend. 10/10 would stay here again!

Every thing you would need for a short getaway! The pool was the perfect size for our kids! Nice bedroom size, and we had NO problems at all didn’t have to contact the host for ANYTHING! Would definitely stay again

It served our purposes

We wanted a location in the Charlotte area with a pool when in town for a long weekend. We were in town to celebrate a family graduation. This house fulfilled our needs. Overall it provided a good location to spend time with family we do not get to see often. We were able to enjoy the pool but only one lounge chair was provided and it was broken. We did like that there was an automatic pool vacuum to help keep the pool clean. If you stay at this location you might want to take pictures of any imperfections upon arrival. We were charged extra at the end of our stay for a damaged blind that we did not even touch.

Ashley made our stay great, arriving, ,during our stay, and leaving, everything was simple/easy. House had everything we need, our dog loved the fenced yard, neigborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. Thank you for making this long weekend possible (especially with having our dog with us)

First Class Experience

Everything was just as expected. The house was just as described and the pool was great. My family couldn't resist the urge to take a dip even though the weather wasn't the best during our stay. Communication with Ashley was easy and she was ready to accommodate any of our needs. The home had everything we needed in order for us to make it our home away from home. It was a first class experience.

Great stay

Property is perfect for vacationing with your pets. Back yard is spacious and the 6 ft. privacy fence is perfect. The pool looked inviting however it was still a too chilly to swim. House was very comfortable, both the beds and the furniture were great. It's really great to have a garage to park your vehicles in. Would definitely reserve this home again when coming back to Charlotte.

Ashley, was great early on with communication. My family was enjoying eachother so much we requested an additional day. It was great for what my family needed. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome property and location

Enjoyed the property me and family, loved the fire pit made Smores , only which we would have rented in the summer , March was little too cold and we had one day of rain. We only had one day of sunshine to enjoy the pool . will definitely rent from Ashley, she answered all our question with in minutes.

Lovely house, lovely owner...

We came into town with our son and two dogs at the end of a two week trip to work & school remotely somewhere else but home. This house was close to both my folks in Mint Hill and NODA and easy to get around to/from. Ashley was fantastic, responding immediately to a couple small issues. She takes good care of the house, communicates like a normal person and, has nice taste in decor. We’d stay again if we needed a spot in Charlotte. Cheers - Sam
