This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. 《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. 《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use.
