Something that I never expected to have to do considering that they charged a cleaning fee. I would not stay there again. They do not send an "arriving soon" email. Their email to me went to spam so we had no way to enter the apartment, so we didn't even stay one of the three nights (had to get a hotel). Beds sheets weren't changed. Apt complex had issue too: floors in the elevator were filthy, garbages overflowing, and the hallways reeked of marijuana.
