The Space:
With its open dining and common areas, the home truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted to sleep 6, with enough space and function for up to 6 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students can utilize our high speed internet from around the house.

Relax in the open and inviting living room with comfortable seating and a smart tv. We have provided a couch cover for the leather couch. We ask that if you have a pet, please use the cover when staying with us so we can keep it clean! You can find this in the living room closet or already placed on the couch.
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the kitchen table.

Comfortably enjoy our three cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and includes a private bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and has a TV. The third bedroom offers additional sleeping arrangements including two twin beds.
Fresh towels and linens are provided for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; a hairdryer is available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside in our fully fenced-in yard and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. 3-4 parking spaces are available in the driveway.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Nestled between Charlotte Douglas Airport and Uptown Charlotte, our residence is an ideal choice for visitors exploring the vibrant city of Charlotte.
Clanton Park is less than 4 miles away and is a 77-acre urban park in the West Boulevard neighborhood. It features playgrounds, fields for soccer and softball, basketball courts, picnic shelters, and a gazebo.

This home is just a quick drive to all that uptown Charlotte has to offer. There are plenty of Ubers available at this location. There is also a bus stop not far from the property.

House Rules
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

House Rules
MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
No third party bookings. The booking guest is required to be staying at the property otherwise MyTripify will cancel the reservation without refund.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment Policy
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property, but do not disturb the neighbors. Only booked guests are allowed, and no parties are permitted. Any disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, and noise must be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owners closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pet Policy
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking Policy
Parking is available in the driveway, on the street, and in the garage (up to six cars). No garage remotes are provided; use the wall remote inside the garage. Close the garage door and lock the house when leaving.
Driving or parking on the lawn is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck and in the backyard. Properly dispose of all remnants outside. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke or remnants are found inside.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.
Internet Usage Policy
By using MyTripify's internet, you agree to the following:
MyTripify is not responsible for content viewed or downloaded, including illegal material (movies, music, etc.). Each violation will result in a $500 fine. You also agree to indemnify and hold MyTripify harmless for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Checkout Instructions
Guests are responsible for the following:
Any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and fines.
Bedding and Towels
• Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
Dirty Dishes
• Rinse dishes, load and start the dishwasher.
• Hand wash pots and pans, place them in the drying rack.
Cleaning
• Wipe spills on floors and counters (use rags, paper towels, or wipes—do not use white towels).
• Sweep noticeable debris using a broom, vacuum, or Swiffer.
Trash
• Remove all trash, including unused food from the fridge and cabinets. Take kitchen and bathroom trash to the outside receptacles.
Exiting the Property
• Turn off all lights and lock doors before leaving.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I MEET THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE. I AGREE TO PAY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGE INSURANCE.
