ALL the rooms are spacious and decorated with love down to the last detail. The owner was beyond accommodating with my every request, as well as her son who smiled so happily when he also helped me. "Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year."

"We stayed at this nicely remodeled 2-bedroom home from Jan 25 – Feb 16, 2024. We stayed in the area last year and saw the remodeling work being done here after the hurricane. When we saw it was available, we decided to take it. The home has a unique floorplan with the kitchen being in the back of the home and the dining area in the front. It has been beautifully remodeled and has a nice 65” Samsung TV in the living room. The internet service was very good also. We use internet-based programming...

"Home sits on canal that gives access to the Peace River or Charlotte Harbor . Only takes a minute or two to idle ( 22' Pathfinder w/200hp )into the river from the back yard . Had a wonderful time fishing , cruising and sight- seeing the river . O ya the cottage, LOL. It was nice, clean, and had what we needed. Tons of restaurants near bye . Stayed 5 nights , wish it was more ."
