Do not use this property location
We were told not to travel to location due to winter storm. When contacting property and asking to move due to storm- we were told no changes regardless of reason. It’s poor customer service to tell you not to come, not provide access and then say “sorry no changes allowed”. What a scam! Don’t stay here!

Hi Susan Martin, We're so sorry you were not able to travel for your stay. As stated in the cancellation policy, and in our Terms and Agreement, which you acknowledged; we do not offer refunds, once you are within 60 days of arrival. It's not a scam, it's our policy that is clearly stated. Even if you do not agree with it, you did proceed to book your stay with us. At times, we try to make exceptions, however in your case, we were unable to make any adjustments due to only giving us 6 days of notice. Regarding the weather, we only make exceptions if there is a mandated notice by the state to cease travel. This was not the case for our region. As mentioned in our previous conversation, we do recommend Traveler's Insurance for your next booking. We wish you the best and hope you are able to enjoy Northern Michigan in the future. Great place but...things to know
Really nice stay. King bed was very comfortable and beautiful location. Would have been nice to know before visit.....staying in late October we booked this condo wanting a fireplace. There was a log to light. Not a gas fireplace. Ok fine, but there was no lighter to be found. My husband had to leave and buy one (it was raining/dark/cold) Also, the property pool/hot tub was closed for "maintenance". Also looked forward to hot tub but couldn't enjoy. Would have liked a heads up. Guess we didn't need to pack our suits :( There was no one at the check in/out desk at night for help. No one at the desk when we checked out either at 10:45 am.

Great location, great condo!
Perfect location, a block from downtown with beautiful views of Round Lake. Very clean condo, would recommend to anyone staying in Charlevoix.

The cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, such a nice view and had everything you could ask for at hand. Host is amazing, cannot wait to be back very soon!!!

Excellent location
This property was beautifully decorated and the view was fantastic. We loved the location, it was close to everything, we could walk through downtown and back to drop off our goodies. We will stay there again!
