Our bedroom features a king bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom with a built in safety rail. The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating. The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway! The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great for us. We were by the bridge with a view of the lake. We loved watching the boats go by and the drawbridge go up. We heard the bells and alarms for the drawbridge opening while we were sitting in the livingroom but it was no big deal. It did not wake us up at all. This is a great condo for boat and people watching. The water is memorizing. If you want quiet and privacy, this is not the condo for you.The sound proofing seems adequate. I only heard people in the hall a few times. My only major complaint is the size of the tiny fridge and the hardness of the mattress. If you like super hard mattresses, you'll like this one. I only mention this because it did affect my trip. My husband and I do have back issues, so that might be part of the problem. A heads up to the owner, the grout in the bathroom shower is starting to mold in the corners. It might need treated soon before it spreads. It happens to everyone.
