The Space: With room for up to 4 guests, this apartment located inside a traditional Charleston Single House offers the perfect space for small groups looking for a comfortable retreat during their stay in the Holy City. Bedroom 1: King Bed Living Room space with a Sofa Bed Queen Air Mattress + Additional Bedding (Available upon request) Step into the spacious living room with its gorgeous original fireplace (decor only), smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Off the living room, you will find a small vanity area. The living room opens onto a private piazza with a dining table that can seat up to 12 people, along with additional seating areas. This place was very clean and was a great location. It definitely would have been most comfortable for only 3 guests, but we made it work with 4\. One bed is a full sized bed that is wall to wall in the tiny room off the living room. We had two people sleep together in this bed which was definitely tight.
