The property was within walking distance of King Street and lots of cute shops and restaurants. There was a cold snap and because the property does not have HVAC just portable AC and Heat it was a little tricky getting the property heated up. Also there is new construction across the street and Rose Lane is extremely narrow and one way On our checkout day construction had the road blocked right in front of the cottage and we had a bit of a difficult time getting out! Some advanced notice on that type of thing would be good. Overall we had a fabulous time and the cottage is beautiful and clean ##### Priscilla D. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. CONS: This would be really rough in the summer, as you cannot set the air window units below 70 degrees. The window units are loud and make funny noises, which kept us up. The bed was extra-firm and the pillows were awful; sheets were washed in strong-smelling detergent that kept us awake. The parking spot is very tight, the AC units are loud, and the metal plate on the street in front of the property adds to the noise but everything else about the property was great, but for the noise would have given 5 stars. ##### Carol B. As others have mentioned, its a very narrow turn to get in driveway but because a side street, you can take your time without being rushed.Theres window AC in each of the rooms, keeping doors closed between rooms helped keep each room cooler. ##### Vicky V. We were able to walk wherever we needed to. Really narrow streets with residences parking in front of property making it hard to navigate parking.
