It is in a prime location on Spring Street. Parking will not be an issue with free off street parking. Accessed by it own second floor entrance, The Waltz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6-8 seats and living rooms with high vaulted ceilings. In Suite B a King and Queen bedroom are located on the main level (2nd Floor) level, with one full bathroom. Two guest rooms are located upstairs (3rd Floor) along with two more full ensuite bathrooms. One guest room offers a Queen bed and the other with two Twin beds. Fully equipped kitchens with basic cooking/kitchenware are also located on the main level (2nd Floor). This unit also features a lovely private balcony seating area. Suite C features a studio living space with a King size bed, a pull out sofa and full ensuite bathroom. Suite C has a private exterior entrance at the back of the home and features it's own private balcony as well with rocking chairs. Both suites are located above a salon on the first floor. A little problematic with a shared bathroom for the two downstairs Bathrooms and a handheld shower head. Please is well appointed and the concierge service was very attentive to our needs and concerns. We had both the front (B) unit and the back (C) suite. We rented this property for our "destination" Christmas trip with extended family. The units were beautiful ...bright and well appointed ...clean, and spacious with plenty of room to "hang". Check-in was a breeze and the host responded promptly to questions. We would definitely rent this property again. The one comment I would make is that it was not clear to us from the description that Suites B and C were not physically connected. You must go down a stairway, about 50-60 feet down the side of the building, and up another outside stairway to go between the units. House was clean and check in & parking easy. We did Uber a lot to get us back and forth. Not really walking distance from where we were for the older members in our group. It was clean and comfortable . Kitchen had everything we need with new appliances. My suggestion would be to have better lighting in downstairs bathroom, and bedrooms, it was hard to put makeup and style hair.
