Overall, it's in decent condition and the layout is good for a family of 4\. Off street parking for a single car is nice and there was also available on street parking. The property management company provides good, clear communication. The tub in the primary bathroom needs to be replaced. The tub is cracked in the middle and flexes a lot (surprised it isn't leaking) and the caulk has mildew. The showers are set to put out warm, but not hot water. It's pretty noisy from vehicles and Charleston's endless construction due to the older single pane windows. No yard and no seating on the front porch. Would we stay again? The house worked great for us. We walked just about everywhere, but if we needed a ride, Uber was just a quick phone call away. We noticed a few small maintenance issues, but someone came to fix all but one. We told him it wasn’t a problem for us. Hopefully they’ll fixed it after we left. The street we were on was very busy especially on Saturday night. That made it difficult to sleep in the front and back bedrooms with people coming and going and being loud. Being so close to King Street was convenient being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Would recommend it if the noice wouldn’t bother you. ##### Jane S.
